Shipping & Delivery
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping options designed with parents in mind:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch (1-2 day processing time)
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): Via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch (1-2 day processing time)
How long does order processing take?
All orders require 1-2 business days for processing before shipment. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may occasionally take an additional day.
Do you ship internationally?
We proudly serve parents across the globe, with some exceptions in most Asian countries (due to complex customs regulations) and certain remote regions (where delivery times would be unpredictable). If you’re unsure, email us at [email protected] to check availability for your location.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and regular updates on your package’s journey, including delivery notifications to help you plan.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. If you’re not completely satisfied, simply contact our team to initiate an easy return process. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
Who pays for return shipping?
