At Kindly Baby Shop, we understand that parenting comes with enough challenges—returns shouldn’t be one of them. Just as we carefully select our baby products with your family’s needs in mind, we’ve designed our return process to be as gentle and straightforward as possible.

Our Return Promise

We stand behind the quality of our baby essentials. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Important Exceptions

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Car Seats (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)
  • Diapering products that have been opened or used
  • Feeding items that cannot be properly sanitized

All returned items must be in original packaging with tags attached and show no signs of use.

Easy 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Request Your Return

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our parent-to-parent support team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you return instructions including:

  • A prepaid return label (for US customers)
  • International return address (for non-US customers)
  • Packing instructions

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Bank processing times may vary.
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after return approval. Standard shipping times apply.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your infant gear, stroller, or other product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  2. Include photos of the damage/defect
  3. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedited replacement
