All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll notify you promptly.

3.3 Health & Safety Products

For health and safety reasons, certain products have special conditions:

  • Car seats: Must be returned only if defective/damaged upon arrival
  • Diapering products: Cannot be returned if opened or used
  • Feeding items: Must be sanitizable to qualify for returns

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

5.2 Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing.

5.3 International Orders

You’re responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. We currently cannot ship to some Asian regions and remote areas.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition with tags attached. See section 3.3 for exceptions.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund/exchange

6.3 Refunds

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a free return and expedited replacement.
